Its side temperature indicator clearly displays the interior temperature range of 145 to 155 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring optimal consistency and flavor.

Designed to work with 110 oz. or 140 oz. cheese sauce bags, the built-in thermostat heats the cheese to serving temperature within 60 minutes. For added convenience, an interior top shelf holds an extra bag, keeping a second one ready to go when the first runs out. The dispenser includes two buttons for greater portion control. The red button dispenses a single portion to help manage costs, while the yellow button allows for continuous dispensing for larger portions or special requests.

Constructed from high-impact plastic, the unit’s exterior remains cool to the touch, even when the cheese inside is heated to perfection. Ideal for concession stands, carnivals, or convenience stores with limited counter space, this compact unit has a small 10″ footprint. The hygienic dispensing system, powered by a peristaltic pump, pushes the sauce directly from the pouch to the food, reducing contamination risk and simplifying clean-up. Loading a new plastic pouch is as easy as swapping out the old one. This dispenser requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
